We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our complex, multi‑product ecosystem. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites that cover functional, regression, performance, and security aspects of our applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Python, Java, JavaScript, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, Robot Framework, and pytest.
• Implement comprehensive end‑to‑end test scenarios for web, mobile, and API layers, ensuring coverage of user journeys across our marketplace, credit platform, and valuation tool.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) to enable continuous testing and rapid feedback loops.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and data scientists to define quality metrics, test plans, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and work with engineering teams to remediate defects.
• Drive test strategy for AI/ML components, leveraging frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch, and ensuring model validation and data integrity.
• Implement performance testing using JMeter and Locust to benchmark application scalability under realistic load conditions.
• Utilize API testing tools like Postman and REST Assured to validate backend services and micro‑services interactions.
• Adopt containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) to create reproducible test environments.
• Leverage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to run scalable test infrastructure and integrate with cloud‑native services.
• Apply security testing practices, including vulnerability scanning and penetration testing, to safeguard user data and comply with regulatory standards.
• Maintain test documentation, including test cases, test plans, and defect reports, ensuring traceability and compliance.
• Mentor junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 6–9 years of experience in QA engineering, with a focus on automation.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, Java, and JavaScript.
• Hands‑on experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, Robot Framework, and pytest.
• Strong background in CI/CD pipeline design and implementation (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Proficiency with version control (Git) and issue tracking (Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, Locust) and API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured).
• Exposure to visual testing tools (Testim, Mabl, Applitools) and data‑quality frameworks (Great Expectations, dbt testing).
• ISTQB certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the real‑estate or fintech domain.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.
