We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our complex, data‑rich applications. This position is based in Casablanca, Morocco, and offers a hybrid (HB) working arrangement, allowing you to balance remote and on‑site collaboration with our dynamic team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites for web, mobile, and API layers using industry‑leading frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, Robot Framework, and pytest.
• Implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab CI, and GitHub Actions to enable rapid, reliable deployments.
• Collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and data scientists to define testable requirements and ensure comprehensive coverage of functional, regression, performance, and AI/ML testing scenarios.
• Conducting performance testing with tools like JMeter and Locust to validate system scalability and responsiveness under realistic load conditions.
• Utilizing API testing tools such as Postman and REST Assured to verify the correctness and security of our RESTful services.
• Applying visual testing solutions like Testim, Mabl, and Applitools to detect UI regressions and visual inconsistencies across browsers and devices.
• Leveraging AI/ML testing techniques to validate the accuracy and reliability of our machine‑learning models, including TensorFlow and PyTorch frameworks.
• Managing source control with Git, tracking issues in Jira, and coordinating with Azure DevOps for release management and defect tracking.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards by maintaining ISTQB certification and adhering to best practices in quality assurance.
• Mentoring junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and promoting knowledge sharing across the organization.

Required technical skills and experience:

• Proficiency in Python, Java, and JavaScript for test development and scripting.
• Deep experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, Robot Framework, and pytest for building robust automation frameworks.
• Strong background in CI/CD pipeline design and implementation using Jenkins, GitLab CI, and GitHub Actions.
• Expertise in version control with Git, issue tracking with Jira, and release management with Azure DevOps.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML testing concepts and experience validating models built with TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP for deploying and scaling test environments.
• Containerization and orchestration skills using Docker and Kubernetes to create reproducible test environments.
• Performance testing knowledge with JMeter and Locust to simulate user load and measure system performance.
• API testing proficiency with Postman and REST Assured to validate service contracts and data integrity.
• Experience with visual testing tools like Testim, Mabl, and Applitools to ensure UI consistency across platforms.
• Familiarity with data‑quality frameworks such as Great Expectations and dbt testing for validating data pipelines.
