About the Role

As a Senior QA Automation Engineer at Yakeey, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the reliability and performance of our multi‑product PropTech ecosystem. Your primary responsibilities will include designing, building, and maintaining automated test suites that cover functional, regression, performance, and AI/ML testing scenarios across our property marketplace, credit processing platform, and valuation tool.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of end‑to‑end automated test frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, Robot Framework, and pytest.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) to enable continuous testing and rapid feedback loops.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to define test coverage, quality metrics, and defect triage processes.
• Implement AI/ML‑centric testing strategies, including bias/fairness checks, model validation, and integration of TensorFlow/PyTorch test utilities.
• Ensure test data quality for ML pipelines using tools like Great Expectations and dbt testing.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices in test automation, code quality, and documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in Python, Java, and JavaScript for test script development.
• Hands‑on experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, Robot Framework, and pytest.
• Strong background in CI/CD tooling: Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, and version control with Git.
• Issue tracking and collaboration using Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, including machine learning workflows, bias/fairness testing, and frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, and container orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Performance testing expertise with JMeter and Locust.
• API testing proficiency using Postman and REST Assured.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered testing tools such as Testim, Mabl, and Applitools.
• Experience in generative AI for test case creation and data quality assurance for ML pipelines using Great Expectations and dbt testing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6‑9 years of experience in QA and automation.
• Strong educational background (BAC +5) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Certification in ISTQB is a plus.

Work Environment

Location: Casablanca, Morocco. The role is a hybrid (HB) arrangement, combining remote and on‑site collaboration.
