About the Role

DXC CDG Maroc, a semi‑public joint venture between the global IT services leader DXC Technology and the Moroccan public institution CDG, is looking for a Senior Solution Architect – Banking Domain to join its team in Salé and Rabat. The position is a full‑time, permanent (CDI) role with a hybrid working arrangement (HB).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of end‑to‑end banking solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate banking requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant technical solutions.
• Drive architecture optimization, scaled modeling, and design reviews to continuously improve system performance and maintainability.
• Manage backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release coordination within an Agile framework.
• Conduct impact analysis and regulatory compliance assessments to mitigate risks and meet industry standards.

Required Experience

Minimum of 10 years in solution architecture, with a strong background in financial services, regulatory compliance, and cloud technologies. Experience in legacy transformation and business acumen is essential.

Education & Qualifications

Minimum BAC +5 (Bachelor’s degree plus five years of professional experience). Cloud and enterprise architecture certifications are highly desirable.

Working Conditions

Hybrid work model (HB) combining onsite presence in Salé/Rabat with remote collaboration.
