About the Role

As a Senior Technical Lead – Architecture & Code Quality, you will be the guardian of our system’s structural integrity and the champion of code excellence. Your responsibilities will span from owning the overall system architecture to ensuring that every line of code meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• System Ownership: Take full responsibility for the end‑to‑end architecture of our services, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Architectural Design: Lead the design and evolution of our microservices ecosystem, making informed decisions on technology stacks, data flows, and integration patterns.
• Performance & Scaling: Identify bottlenecks, propose performance optimizations, and architect solutions that can scale horizontally to meet growing demand.
• Code Quality & Review: Establish and enforce rigorous code review processes, setting the bar for clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code.
• Continuous Integration & Delivery: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that automate testing, building, and deployment across multiple environments.
• Agile Leadership: Guide cross‑functional teams in Agile ceremonies, ensuring that technical decisions align with business priorities.
• Cloud Expertise: Leverage cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure to design resilient, cost‑effective infrastructure.
• Technical Debt Management: Identify, prioritize, and remediate technical debt, balancing short‑term delivery with long‑term system health.
• Mentorship: Coach and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Product Collaboration: Partner with Product Owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions, providing risk analysis and roadmap guidance.
