The successful candidate will own the architectural strategy, ensuring the platform remains scalable, secure, and resilient as it expands its service offerings beyond mobile credit to a broader suite of financial products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural Leadership: Own the end‑to‑end architecture, guiding decisions on microservices adoption, data modeling, and infrastructure design.
• Code Quality Champion: Implement and enforce rigorous code review processes, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines to maintain high standards of performance, security, and maintainability.
• Hands‑On Development: Contribute to critical components, ensuring technical excellence and mentoring peers through code reviews.
• Product Collaboration: Translate product requirements into technical tasks, estimate effort, and identify risks early in the planning cycle.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify technical debt, propose innovative solutions, and drive adoption of best practices across the engineering organization.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, with a senior or principal role focused on system design.
• Deep expertise in scalable, high‑availability, fault‑tolerant systems.
• Proven track record in code reviews, Agile methodologies, and mentoring.
• Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience in Fintech, e‑commerce, or data analytics is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of multiple architectural styles (monolithic, microservices, event‑driven).
• Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, automated testing frameworks, and performance monitoring.
