We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Data Analyst to join our Analytics team in Casablanca. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in converting complex supply chain data into clear, actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a strategic, solution-oriented mindset, prioritizing long-term data architecture and automation over short-term fixes.
- Implement best practices in data engineering, including automation, testing, and validation procedures.
- Develop and maintain robust SQL queries and data pipelines to integrate data from diverse supply chain systems such as ERP, TMS, and WMS.
- Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks in data processing, ensuring smooth and efficient data flows.
- Consolidate disparate data sources into unified, accessible databases and data warehouses.
- Leverage Power BI to create dynamic reports and dashboards that support decision-making for various supply chain teams.
- Apply advanced Excel techniques, including pivot tables, macros, and complex functions, for data manipulation, reporting, and automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements, present analytical insights to non-technical stakeholders, and troubleshoot data-related issues.
- Utilize automation tools such as Automation Anywhere to streamline data processing, reporting, and integration tasks, enhancing operational efficiency.
- Work closely with supply chain, IT, and other stakeholders to identify data needs and deliver tailored solutions, providing ongoing support for data accuracy and issue resolution.
Required Skills:
- Expert-level proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.- Solid understanding of data structures, quality, and validation techniques.
- Experience with AI concepts and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a significant plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and automation.
Qualifications:
- Bac +5 in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain analytics or a similar domain.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex data insights into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
