We are currently looking for a highly skilled Tech Lead Salesforce Core (H/F) to strengthen our Rabat, Morocco office. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions that meet the strategic objectives of our clients. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and developers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Architecting scalable Salesforce applications that align with industry best practices.
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers and consultants.
• Ensuring code quality, performance, and security through rigorous reviews and testing.
• Coordinating with cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Staying current with Salesforce releases, new features, and emerging technologies.

We are looking for a candidate who brings:

• Extensive experience with Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integration tools.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• A proven track record of delivering complex Salesforce projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and continuous delivery practices.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.
