    Novancy is a fast‑growing IT staffing firm that specializes in connecting top talent with leading organizations across the technology and digital transformation landscape. Based in Casablanca, Morocco, we provide end‑to‑end recruitment solutions, from talent acquisition strategy to onboarding support, for a diverse portfolio of clients in the public and private sectors.

    We are currently looking for a Junior Tech Recruiter to strengthen our recruitment team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or a professional with up to six months of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a related field. The successful candidate will work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand client needs and deliver high‑quality candidates.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Sourcing: Identify and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), professional networks, and other innovative channels. Craft compelling job advertisements that resonate with tech talent.
    • Candidate Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings. Keep the pipeline updated and ready for rapid deployment.
    • Screening: Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Evaluate language proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
    • Documentation: Record candidate evaluations accurately in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain up‑to‑date candidate profiles.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to refine role requirements, share candidate insights, and provide regular updates on sourcing progress.
    • Candidate Experience: Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
    • 0 to 6 months of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a related field (internships included).
    • Strong research and communication skills, with the ability to engage and assess candidates effectively.
    • Basic understanding of technology-related fields; preference for candidates with a good grasp of IT concepts.
    • Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
    • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a bonus.
    • Detail‑oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
