Novancy, a leading private recruitment and consulting firm based in Casablanca, is expanding its talent acquisition team to support a growing portfolio of technology and digital innovation projects. We are looking for a Tech Talent Acquisition Associate to play a pivotal role in building and maintaining a high‑quality pipeline of technical professionals for our clients across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for technical roles.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone and video interviews, and assess candidates’ technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
- Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate recruitment metrics.
- Collaborate with HR and business units to understand hiring needs and market trends.
- Support employer branding initiatives and attend industry events to promote Novancy’s presence.
Ideal Profile:
- Minimum 0–6 months of recruitment experience, preferably in tech.
- Fluent in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong research and analytical abilities to identify passive talent.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and ATS platforms.
- Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
