Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead a small squad of developers, providing clear direction, setting priorities, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Hands‑on Development: Write clean, maintainable Java code using Spring Boot, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap and business objectives.
• Architectural Oversight: Design, review, and evolve a micro‑services architecture deployed on AWS. Manage container orchestration with Kubernetes and infrastructure provisioning with Terraform.
• CI/CD & DevOps: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate testing, and enforce code quality gates.
• Code Quality: Conduct rigorous code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor engineers on testing strategies.
• AI & Innovation: Champion the integration of AI technologies such as large language models (LLMs), retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), and intelligent agents to enhance platform capabilities.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 6‑9 years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Strong background in Java and Spring Boot development.
• Proven experience designing and maintaining micro‑services on AWS.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Kubernetes and Terraform for infrastructure management.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code review processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for emerging AI technologies and a desire to experiment with LLMs, RAG, and intelligent agents.
