We are currently seeking a Technical Lead to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software development, with proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for backend services, as well as React and Next.js for front‑end interfaces. Experience with cloud infrastructure—particularly AWS—alongside container orchestration using Kubernetes and infrastructure automation via Terraform, is essential. The role demands a deep understanding of micro‑services architecture, RESTful API design, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Beyond core engineering skills, the Technical Lead will be responsible for guiding the team through the integration of advanced AI capabilities. This includes working with large language models (LLMs), retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), and the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to enhance user experiences and streamline data processing. The candidate should be comfortable evaluating and adopting emerging AI frameworks, ensuring they align with our product roadmap and technical standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading a small, cross‑functional team of approximately four engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and high performance.
• Architecting and implementing scalable, maintainable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and micro‑services patterns.
• Designing and developing responsive, user‑friendly front‑end components with React and Next.js.
• Managing cloud infrastructure on AWS, orchestrating containers with Kubernetes, and automating deployments with Terraform.
• Establishing and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines, automated testing suites, and code review processes to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Driving the adoption of AI technologies within the product, collaborating with data scientists and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentoring junior engineers, providing technical guidance, and facilitating professional growth.
• Collaborating closely with product, design, and operations teams to align engineering efforts with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6‑9 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.

• Strong knowledge of micro‑services architecture, RESTful APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.

• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French and Arabic is a plus.
