Account Manager – Tier 1 Automotive

About the role

One Mobility Group is seeking an Account Manager to lead Tier‑1 automotive customer relationships across its EMEA locations in Tanger, Morocco and Budaörs, Hungary. You will be responsible for shaping and executing global account strategies that align with corporate growth targets and product roadmaps.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global account strategy aligned with corporate objectives and product roadmaps.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders across purchasing, engineering, program management, and executive leadership.
• Influence customer sourcing decisions, technology roadmaps, and future platform opportunities.
• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities, maintaining a robust pipeline.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and emerging technologies to uncover actionable opportunities.
• Lead commercial negotiations covering pricing, contracts, cost recovery, engineering changes, tooling agreements, and claim resolution.
• Drive account profitability, revenue growth, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate global alignment of customer strategies with PLM, Engineering, and regional teams.
• Facilitate governance processes, escalation management, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Proactively manage customer concerns, escalation risks, and business continuity challenges.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management within the automotive or mobility sector.
• Strong ability to develop and execute global account strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Capability to monitor market trends and translate them into business opportunities.
