Accountant (English Speaker) – Finance Team

About the role

As an Accountant within our TUI Musement Finance Team, you will maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial records. Reporting to the Finance Lead, you will support accounting operations across Agadir and Marrakech, ensuring compliance and contributing to process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting operations and collaborate with the accounting team leader.
• Prepare and post journal entries to accurately record financial transactions.
• Monitor the cockpit tool to ensure proper processing and transmission of transactions.
• Work with IT colleagues and external advisors to troubleshoot and resolve accounting system issues.
• Handle ad‑hoc accounting tasks and responsibilities as they arise.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with proven accounting experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable communicating at all organizational levels.
