Agent immobilier senior – Marrakech

About the role

We are accelerating our commercial strategy and are looking for a seasoned real‑estate sales professional to lead business development in the Marrakech region. The role is fully autonomous and compensated on a performance‑based commission model.

Key responsibilities

• Promote real‑estate projects to private buyers and investors.
• Prospect and build a qualified client portfolio.
• Analyse client needs and propose tailored property solutions.
• Organise and conduct property viewings.
• Guide clients from first contact through contract signing, providing decision support.
• Negotiate and close sales, consistently exceeding targets.
• Maintain client dossiers until finalisation and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Report sales activity and pipeline regularly.
• Represent the company at events, exhibitions and monitor market trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum Bac+2) in Commerce, Real Estate, Management or equivalent.
• Proven success in marketing real‑estate projects.
• Strong track record in developing and managing a client portfolio.
• Deep knowledge of the local Marrakech property market.
• Result‑oriented with a high service mindset.
• Self‑motivated, dynamic, and able to work independently.
