About the role
Join our dynamic call‑center team in Tangier and provide Spanish‑speaking customers with seamless booking and reservation support. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring every interaction ends with a satisfied client.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from Spanish‑speaking customers.
- Manage and confirm reservations using the company’s booking system.
- Address customer inquiries, requests, and follow‑up actions.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions.
- Deliver a high‑quality customer experience at every touchpoint.
Required profile
- Fluent Spanish (both spoken and written).
- Previous experience in booking, reservations, call‑center or customer‑service environments.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
Required skills
- Spanish language proficiency.
- Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently.
- Familiarity with reservation or booking software (any).
