About the role
We are looking for a proactive Appointment Setter to be the first voice US prospects hear. Based in Fès, you will engage leads, build rapport quickly, and schedule qualified meetings for our sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Contact US‑based leads via phone, email and messaging to generate interest and qualify prospects.
- Book appointments and hand over well‑briefed prospects to closers.
- Maintain a clean CRM, ensuring consistent follow‑up and accurate data entry.
- Represent NAROCTA’s brand professionally in every interaction.
Required profile
- Fluent spoken and written English with a natural, confident US‑client communication style.
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and building rapport quickly.
- Persistent, organized, target‑driven and able to work US business hours (evening/night shift Morocco time).
- Prior experience in appointment setting, sales or outbound outreach is a plus.
