Bilingual Customer Service Representative – English/French

About the role

Arrow Global Components (AGC) is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to support its Sales team in Casablanca. You will manage the full customer order lifecycle, from accurate order entry through invoicing and delivery, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Order‑to‑Invoice process end‑to‑end.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers, providing after‑sales support primarily via email and occasionally by phone or chat.
• Monitor order backlog and handle customer requests and changes.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales and Logistics to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Drive customer satisfaction and improve process efficiency.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (intermediate to advanced).
• Previous experience in customer service.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset and strong teamwork skills.
