Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/French)

About the role

Arrow Global Components (AGC), part of Arrow Electronics, is a worldwide leader in electronic component distribution and value‑added services. We are seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to support our sales team by managing the full order lifecycle and enhancing customer relationships. The role operates in a hybrid model from our Casablanca office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Order‑to‑Invoice process from entry to delivery.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers, providing after‑sales support primarily via email.
• Monitor order backlog and handle customer requests and changes.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales and Logistics.
• Ensure on‑time delivery in line with company and customer targets.
• Drive customer satisfaction and improve process efficiency.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (intermediate to advanced).
• Previous experience in customer service.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset and strong teamwork skills.
