Bilingual Hostess (Arabic & English) – Fine Dining

About the role

We are looking for a charismatic, bilingual Hostess to join Little Krazy, a whimsical fine‑dining restaurant in Riyadh. As the first point of contact, you will create an energetic and culturally rich welcome that reflects the spirit of Saudi hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests with enthusiasm and a bold personality.
• Present, explain, and promote the menu, including specials, ingredients, preparation methods, and cultural context.
• Proactively upsell premium dishes, chef’s specials, signature drinks, and desserts.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and input them into the POS system.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal, anticipate needs, and handle complaints professionally.
• Maintain full knowledge of all food and beverage offerings, including allergens and dietary options.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for timely order fulfillment.
• Assist in table setting, resetting, and keep the service area clean and organized.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in a 5‑star hotel or fine‑dining restaurant.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Outgoing, confident, and charismatic personality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage service.

Required skills

• Basic POS system operation.
