Bilingual Sales Representative (English/French)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual English‑French Sales Representative to join our remote team on a long‑term basis. Working closely with the Sales Manager, you will support daily sales operations and help grow our client base across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales activities, including calls and emails.
• Prospect, qualify, and nurture potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate air‑duct, HVAC, or insulation solutions.
• Provide feedback on client interactions and market trends to management.
• Support scheduling, follow‑ups, and coordination with other departments.
• Assist with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and capacity to multitask.
• Dedicated workspace that ensures confidentiality and focus.
