Bilingual Sales Representative (French & English)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Bilingual Sales Representative to join our outbound sales team in Casablanca. You will engage French- and English-speaking prospects, promote TELUS Digital’s digital experience solutions, and help grow our client base.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and manage outbound sales calls to existing and potential customers across multiple markets.
• Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through prospecting, closing, and upselling.
• Record all interactions and sales activities accurately in the company’s CRM system.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TELUS Digital’s product portfolio, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with sales managers and other departments to optimise the sales process and customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent verbal and written communication in both French and English.
• Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and influence.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to handle objections and changing priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a CRM system for managing customer data and sales activities.
