About the role
Join Mondelēz International as a Brand Manager for the Biscuit portfolio in Morocco. You will shape the innovation and renovation strategy, aligning it with the brand vision to drive sustainable growth and strengthen the overall snack category.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovation/renovation strategies that support brand growth.
- Collaborate with brand teams to define and execute commercial innovation plans.
- Manage the brand portfolio, including architecture, revenue, and profit targets.
- Conduct market analysis, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, TV, and in‑store channels.
- Oversee BTL activities and ensure cross‑functional alignment with sales, finance, and supply chain.
- Manage the marketing budget, monitor performance, and adjust tactics to meet financial objectives.
- Act as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, including global teams and agencies.
Required profile
- Strong desire to drive personal career growth.
- Experience in marketing within a consumer‑goods environment, preferably in a matrix organization.
- Proven track record developing and marketing product innovations across multiple countries.
- Ability to work effectively with design, innovation, and research agencies.
- Analytical and creative mindset with solid commercial and strategic acumen.
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics.
- Excellent verbal, written, and executive presentation skills.
