Business Development Representative – German Market

About the role

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions is seeking a Business Development Representative who speaks German to drive growth of Broadcom solutions in Morocco. Based in Casablanca, you will work closely with account managers and the customer‑success team to acquire new partners and expand existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage reseller partners with high potential for Broadcom product and service sales.
• Develop upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within current accounts to maximise revenue.
• Manage client renewals, contract extensions and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Collaborate with regional sales managers and post‑sales teams to create and execute sales plans.
• Organise commercial and technical training sessions for partners via webinars.
• Provide ongoing support to partners to ensure Arrow’s involvement in larger projects.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge and extensive experience in business development or sales, preferably within the technology sector.
• Ability to solve complex problems and adopt new perspectives using existing solutions.
• Self‑motivated, capable of working independently with minimal guidance.
• Willingness to mentor less experienced colleagues and contribute to process improvement.
• Long‑term career stability and commitment.
