Business Intelligence Analyst – Power BI & Power Apps

About the role

ALTEN Morocco is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to support its automotive clients. You will work with cross‑functional teams to turn data into actionable insights and build interactive reporting solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather business requirements, extract, transform and analyse data from multiple sources to produce insights.
• Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and KPI tracking tools.
• Create Power Apps (canvas or model‑driven) and automate workflows with Power Automate.
• Implement data integration, automation scripts (Python) and support AI/ML use cases.
• Perform data validation, cleansing and support data‑governance standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analysis.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present insights to non‑technical audiences.
• Fluent English (C1); French or German a plus.
