Case Management Nurse (On-site, Tetouan)

About the role

Unimedcare is seeking a compassionate and highly organized nursing professional to join its team in Tetouan. As a Case Management Nurse you will guide patients through their medical journey, coordinate care, and act as a key liaison between families and healthcare providers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and manage comprehensive care plans for patients.
• Act as the primary liaison between patients, their families, and healthcare providers.
• Evaluate patient needs and monitor progress throughout the treatment cycle.
• Ensure all care aligns with healthcare regulations and Unimedcare’s quality standards.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up‑to‑date case documentation.

Required profile

• Certified/Registered Nurse with a valid nursing degree.
• Previous experience in clinical nursing, case management, or patient care coordination.
• Fluency in English or Spanish (both languages a major advantage).
• Excellent communication, empathy, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Tetouan or relocate.
