Central Treasury Manager – International & Big Four Experience

About the role

The Central Treasury Manager will lead the company’s treasury function, ensuring optimal cash flow, liquidity, and risk management across the organization. This senior position supports business growth by improving working capital, strengthening banking relationships, and guaranteeing compliance with corporate treasury policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily cash positioning and liquidity planning.
• Develop short‑ and long‑term cash‑flow forecasts.
• Optimize working capital and cash‑management processes.
• Maintain relationships with local and international banking partners and negotiate facilities, credit lines, and financial agreements.
• Monitor foreign‑exchange exposure and implement hedging strategies.
• Oversee intercompany financing, cash pooling, and execution of domestic and international payments.
• Track treasury KPIs and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies, internal controls, and financial regulations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Controlling, Tax, Procurement, and Operations to improve financial performance.
• Participate in ERP and treasury‑system optimization projects and support external audits.
• Identify automation and process‑improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Treasury or Corporate Finance.
• International treasury experience is required; automotive industry experience is highly preferred.
• Previous experience at a Big Four firm is highly preferred.
• Fluency in English; French is an advantage.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
