About the role

The Société Régionale Multiservices (SRM) in Casablanca-Settat is hiring four Finance Service Heads to strengthen its Financial Directorate. The positions cover General Accounting, Debt Management, Financial Engineering & Funding, and Client Management. Each leader will supervise a dedicated team, deliver analysis and reporting to the General Management, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the SAP S/4HANA transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all activities within the assigned finance area.
• Manage a team, set objectives, and monitor performance.
• Produce accurate analyses and regular reports for senior management.
• Guarantee compliance with internal policies, public finance regulations, and external stakeholder requirements.
• Contribute to the implementation and optimisation of the SAP S/4HANA financial system.
• Represent the finance function with banks, donors, public institutions, and partners.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (BAC+5) in Finance, Accounting, Audit, Control, Economics or a recognised business school programme.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in finance or financial management.
• Experience in the public sector or with financial institutions is strongly preferred.
• Specialisation in public finance, financial engineering or debt management is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP S/4HANA.
