Clinical Application Specialist - Ultrasound

About the role

The Clinical Application Specialist – Ultrasound will lead training, support, and relationship building for ultrasound products within an assigned region. You will act as the technical bridge between customers and the sales team, ensuring optimal product use and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute training plans to deliver clinical application training for ultrasound products.
• Identify and resolve customers' clinical issues promptly, fostering long‑term relationships.
• Gather customer feedback and high‑quality clinical images/cases to support sales and product development.
• Establish and maintain regional expert networks, assisting customers with scientific research.
• Set up and manage reference hospitals, coordinating visits and demonstrations.
• Provide pre‑sales and after‑sales product demonstrations, supporting sales and marketing initiatives, promotions, and exhibitions.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in medical imaging diagnosis, medical imaging technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years as a radiographer/radiologist or 3 years as an application specialist with strong ultrasound product knowledge.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion abilities with a strong customer‑service orientation.
• Proven teamwork skills, high responsibility, ability to work under pressure and travel frequently.
• Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Experience with other manufacturers such as GE, Philips, or Siemens is a plus.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of ultrasound product operation and technology.
• Understanding of imaging principles and clinical applications.
• Proficiency with image post‑processing software.
