About the role

The Commis de Rang will join the dining team at Four Seasons Casablanca, a luxury ocean‑front hotel. The role focuses on delivering the high‑standard guest experiences that the Four Seasons brand is known for, while supporting senior service staff with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior waitstaff in setting up and clearing tables to maintain a seamless dining flow.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring accuracy and presentation meet Four Seasons standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to coordinate service timing and special requests.
• Uphold the hotel’s commitment to respectful, courteous interaction with guests and colleagues.
