Concierge Supervisor – Guest Services

About the role

The Concierge Supervisor leads the concierge team in delivering personalized guest services at a Marriott hotel in Rabat. This role ensures that guest requests are handled promptly, information about the property and local attractions is provided, and overall guest satisfaction is maintained at the highest standard.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests for transportation, reservations, dry‑cleaning and other special services, coordinating with appropriate providers.
• Gather, summarize and share information on hotel amenities, local events and attractions.
• Answer, record and process all guest calls, messages and inquiries, routing them to the correct department (e.g., bell staff, housekeeping).
• Review shift logs, prioritize outstanding requests from the previous day and document pertinent information.
• Monitor office inventory, order supplies and notify loss prevention of any theft reports.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating and coaching concierge staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures and appearance standards.
• Welcome guests, anticipate their needs, assist individuals with disabilities and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related hospitality experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
