About the role

We are looking for a motivated Insurance Advisor to join our call centre in Tanger. The role focuses on selling mutual insurance products over the phone to French‑speaking customers, with an immediate start date.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients and present mutual insurance solutions.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, answering questions and providing accurate information.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the centre’s revenue goals.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of interactions in the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to improve sales techniques and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in selling mutual insurance (mandatory).
• Fluent French, both spoken and written.
• Self‑driven, motivated and results‑oriented.
• Available to work on‑site immediately.
