About the role

The Credit Consolidation Sales Advisor acts as the bridge between clients seeking to regroup their loans and our partner banks. Based in Tanger, you will prospect, advise and guide customers through the entire credit restructuring process.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and support clients in their credit regrouping requests.
• Identify needs, analyse financial situations and create personalized financing simulations.
• Prepare dossiers, monitor them and ensure fund disbursement.
• Negotiate optimal terms with partner banks.
• Maintain high‑quality commercial follow‑up to retain clients.
• Conduct follow‑ups and reminders to improve conversion rates.
• Achieve and exceed set sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in commerce, finance, economics or equivalent.
• Excellent oral and written French.
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort with phone‑based client contact.
• Motivated, dynamic, rigorous and attentive.
• Previous experience in customer relations, tele‑sales, banking, insurance or call‑center is a plus.
