About the role

The Legal and Compliance Advisor at Marsh Morocco provides cross‑functional support to management and operational teams, ensuring smooth internal processes and compliance with local and international regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the administrative follow‑up of legal and compliance files.
• Coordinate preparation, review and filing of contracts and internal documents.
• Coordinate preparation, review and filing of client risk assessments.
• Monitor regulatory obligations and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Manage the anti‑money‑laundering and counter‑terrorism‑financing program and act as AML/CFT Officer.
• Participate in the implementation and control of internal procedures.
• Support relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist teams in applying rules and best practices.
• Prepare reports, tracking tables and compliance indicators.
• Organise follow‑up of requests, renewals and administrative approvals.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of local and international legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions and coordinate with external parties.
