About the role

PwC Advisory in Morocco is seeking an experienced actuarial consultant to join its Finance & Risk Insurance practice. You will work closely with leading insurance companies, supporting them on strategic, financial and regulatory initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with client finance and actuarial departments, building strong relationships.
• Support clients on IFRS 17 implementation, including modeling, FP&A and reporting.
• Assist in finance and risk transformation projects.
• Conduct actuarial provisioning reviews for life and non‑life insurance.
• Review prudential balance sheets and perform risk calculations using internal models and standard formulas.
• Carry out economic valuation reviews for life insurance portfolios.
• Provide support to transaction teams on high‑level capital operations such as M&A, portfolio transfers and reinsurance.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Master’s level degree (Bac+5) in Actuarial Science.
• Minimum 3‑4 years of professional experience as an actuary.
• Motivated, dynamic and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong teamwork orientation and client‑service mindset.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
