Consultant Support en Administration SharePoint et OneDrive

About the role

ALTEN Maroc is looking for a SharePoint and OneDrive Administration Support Consultant to join its Rabat office. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of SharePoint Online sites, OneDrive storage, and related Microsoft 365 services for internal and client users.

Key responsibilities

• Administer SharePoint sites, document libraries, lists, workflows and permissions.
• Diagnose and resolve technical incidents such as access issues, synchronization problems, file sharing conflicts and permission errors.
• Supervise data migration projects and automate processes using Power Automate and PowerShell.
• Provide Level 2/3 user support, create training materials, conduct workshops and collaborate with the Microsoft 365 team.
• Identify improvement opportunities, contribute to the technical roadmap and analyse usage metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+2/3) in Computer Science or Telecommunications.
• 2‑3 years of hands‑on experience in SharePoint/OneDrive or Microsoft 365 administration (5‑10 years considered senior).
• Project management, user support and technical analysis capabilities.
• Strong communication skills in technical English.
