Country Air Freight Product Manager

About the role

The Country Air Freight Product Manager leads the air‑freight product portfolio for Morocco, overseeing both commercial and operational performance. The role focuses on delivering superior customer service, driving profitability, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the commercial strategy for the air‑freight product in Morocco.
• Manage service providers, respond to RFQs/RFIs, and ensure best‑in‑class procurement.
• Create and execute operational plans that improve efficiency and meet business objectives.
• Support and guide the sales team, prepare business plans, and maintain strong relationships with carriers, vendors, and local authorities.
• Monitor departmental productivity, drive digitalisation initiatives, and uphold data‑integrity KPIs.
• Engage with customers to understand expectations, provide pricing and routing solutions, and act as a sponsor for key accounts.
• Review monthly P&L, productivity results, and achieve net‑revenue and yield targets.
• Provide training and guidance to the air‑freight team.
