Country Manager, Key Account Manager & Finance Officer Opportunities in Africa

About the role

Royal Air Maroc is expanding its African network and is seeking talented professionals to fill Country Manager, Key Account Manager and Finance Officer positions across several African markets. These roles are based locally in the listed countries and offer the chance to work in a dynamic, multicultural airline environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute country‑specific business strategies to grow market share.
• Manage key client relationships, negotiate contracts and ensure service excellence.
• Oversee financial operations, budgeting, reporting and compliance within the local office.
• Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to align objectives and drive performance.

Required profile

• Holder of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (equivalent to Bac+4/5) from an engineering school, business school or recognized university.
• Ambitious, results‑oriented and comfortable working in an international, fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to be based in one of the target African countries on a local contract.
