Country Manager – Morocco (DMC)

About the role

Magic Travels is launching a new Destination Management Company office in Morocco and seeks an experienced senior professional to build and lead the operation. As Country Manager you will act as the founder‑style leader, establishing the entity, team, supplier network and premium product portfolio while driving profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Set up the Morocco office from scratch, including legal entity, hiring, processes and daily operations.
• Negotiate and secure contracts with hotels, transport providers, guides and other local suppliers.
• Develop a portfolio of high‑end, tailor‑made travel experiences for European source markets.
• Own the commercial relationship with international partners and manage the local P&L, budget and cost control.
• Recruit, train and lead a local team to deliver exceptional service.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience within a DMC or inbound tour operator.
• Deep knowledge of the Moroccan destination and an established network of local suppliers.
• Proven track record in contracting, production and high‑end product development.
• Experience working with European or other international source markets.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable building a business from the ground up.
• Fluent in French and English; Arabic is a strong plus.
• Based in Morocco (Casablanca or Marrakech) or willing to relocate.
