About the role

Arrow Global Components (AGC), part of Arrow Electronics, is seeking a Customer Service Representative (English Speaker) to support the Sales team. You will manage the full customer order lifecycle, from order entry through invoicing and delivery, and handle customer‑reserved inventory.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the Order‑to‑Invoice process.
  • Communicate with customers and suppliers, providing after‑sales support primarily via email and occasionally by phone or chat.
  • Perform order management and monitor backlog.
  • Handle and respond to customer requests and backlog changes.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales and Logistics.
  • Ensure on‑time delivery in line with customer and company targets.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and process efficiency.

Required profile

  • Proficiency in English.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (intermediate to advanced).
  • Previous experience in Customer Service.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Customer‑focused mindset.
  • Strong team player.
