Customer Service Representative - English Speaker

About the role

Arrow Global Components (AGC), a part of Arrow Electronics, is a global leader in the distribution and value‑added services of electronic components. We resell, customize, and distribute electronic components to clients worldwide, building trusted, long‑lasting relationships with industry leaders. We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative (English Speaker) to join our team. In this role you will support the Sales team by enhancing customer relationships through proactive management of the entire order lifecycle—from clean order entry to invoicing and delivery—and manage customer‑reserved inventory to meet shared goals.

Key responsibilities

• Managing the Order‑to‑Invoice process
• Communicating with customers and suppliers, providing after‑sales support (primarily via email, occasionally by phone or chat)
• Order management and backlog monitoring
• Handling and responding to customer requests and backlog changes
• Coordinating with internal departments such as Sales and Logistics
• Ensuring on‑time delivery in line with customer and company targets
• Driving customer satisfaction and process efficiency

Required profile

• Proficiency in English
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (intermediate to advanced)
• Previous experience in Customer Service
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• A customer‑focused mindset
• Strong team player
