Direct Tax Compliance Assistant – Marrakech

About the role

Join the tax team of BDO’s Moroccan office and support a portfolio of international clients. You will work on the preparation of tax returns for a variety of entities while receiving hands‑on training from senior colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare tax returns for management companies, commercial and industrial firms, real‑estate groups, holding and financing companies, and securitisation structures.
• Collaborate with senior tax professionals to ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations.
• Participate in client meetings and assist in delivering high‑quality tax advice.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Tax, Economics, Management or Engineering with an accounting focus.
• 0–2 years of experience in tax compliance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and interest in corporate taxation.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines and provide excellent client service.
