Director of Revenue

About the role

The resort is looking for an experienced and visionary Director of Revenue to lead its revenue strategy and maximise profitability across all revenue‑generating departments. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Commerce, the role works closely with the General Manager and Executive Committee.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies for rooms, groups and ancillary services.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting and demand‑planning processes.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and business intelligence to identify opportunities and risks.
• Optimise pricing, inventory controls, distribution channels and segmentation.
• Monitor and improve KPIs such as Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, RGI and market share.
• Chair weekly Revenue Strategy meetings and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of progressive revenue management experience in luxury hospitality, with senior‑level responsibility.
• Proven expertise in forecasting, yield management, pricing strategy and hotel distribution.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with advanced reporting capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English; French and Arabic are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with revenue management systems such as IDeaS and Duetto.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience using business intelligence tools for commercial performance.
