Electrical Technician – Solar Photovoltaic Projects

About the role

Eosol Group is expanding its solar photovoltaic portfolio in Morocco and seeks experienced Electrical Technicians to install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems at its FV plants. The role combines hands‑on field work with collaboration across engineering teams to ensure reliable, safe operation of solar assets.

Key responsibilities

• Install, commission and maintain solar panels, inverters, transformers, switchgear and cabling systems.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to maximise equipment lifespan.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults promptly to minimise downtime.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints and technical documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs and inventory.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and respond to emergency situations.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations and company policies, including work at heights.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Electrical Technician, preferably in solar PV.
• Strong knowledge of low‑voltage (BT) electrical systems and components.
• Proficiency in reading electrical diagrams and technical specifications.
• Ability to work physically demanding tasks and in potentially hazardous environments.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency for communication with international teams.
