Energy Consultant – Energy Tax Specialist

About the role

Join Leyton’s Energy Tax team to help energy‑intensive businesses secure compensation for a significant portion of their energy costs. You will guide clients through the entire claim process, ensuring they receive the maximum financial benefit they are entitled to while handling all administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Stay up‑to‑date with developments in the energy sector and relevant policy changes.
• Assess client eligibility for the Energy compensation scheme through calls and documentation review.
• Coordinate with energy suppliers to gather required information and updates.
• Guide clients through the full claim process, from initial assessment to final submission, ensuring maximum financial benefit.

Required profile

• Degree in energy, electrical engineering or a related field.
• Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a personable attitude.
• Curiosity about science, technology and energy, and ability to explain complex concepts in layman’s terms.
