Experienced Manager/Consultant in Valuation & Business Modelling

About the role

PWC is expanding its Valuation & Business Modelling team in Morocco. As an experienced Manager/Consultant you will join a dynamic group of ten professionals delivering corporate valuation and financial modelling services to large and mid‑size national and international companies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct valuation and advisory missions for transactions (price negotiation, acquisition price allocation, IPO, financing) and investment projects.
• Perform financial modelling for development plans, investments, financing structures, integration synergies and asset‑light assets (brands, patents).
• Lead and mentor junior staff (1‑2 persons) on assignments and ensure high‑quality deliverables.
• Interact with clients, PwC France, Maghreb lines of service and international PwC offices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Transaction Services, M&A, Private Equity, Strategy or Valuation.
• Graduate of a top engineering or international business school with a finance specialization.
• Fluent English and strong analytical, writing and business sense.
• Proven rigor, teamwork orientation and ability to thrive in a challenging client‑focused environment.
