Experienced Regulatory Affairs Lifecycle Submissions Professional

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an experienced Regulatory Affairs professional to lead lifecycle submissions for its Innovative Medicine portfolio in the MAFSA region. The position is based in Casablanca and operates in a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end lifecycle management procedures, ensuring timely regulatory submissions and implementation of changes in applicable databases.
• Manage artwork updates and ensure compliance with country‑specific requirements across multiple markets.
• Support the MAFSA region (Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Chad, Comoros, Congo, Gabon, Guinea, Ivory Coast, Madagascar, Mali, Mauritania, Mauritius, Niger, RCA, Senegal, Togo) and emerging markets such as Turkey.
• Conduct routine risk assessments and establish mitigation processes.
• Contribute to cost‑effective programs, projects, and initiatives under moderate supervision.
• Apply Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in daily interactions.

Required profile

• Established individual contributor with experience in regulatory submissions and lifecycle management.
• Ability to work under moderate supervision and collaborate with regional and global teams.
• Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and process improvement.
• Understanding of country‑specific regulatory requirements in the assigned regions.
