Expert Compliance / Project Manager (Power BI, ServiceNow)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Compliance Expert / Project Manager to lead regulatory and internal compliance activities, focusing on Business Continuity (PCA) and Disaster Recovery (PRA) programs. The role will coordinate stakeholders, oversee plan development, testing, and remediation, and ensure evidence of compliance is maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Drive compliance of teams with Business Continuity (PCA) and Disaster Recovery (PRA) requirements.
• Verify existence, draft, and update PCA/PRA documents; organize and coordinate test campaigns.
• Track test results, manage remediation plans, and ensure traceability of compliance evidence.
• Monitor adherence to regulatory requirements such as GDPR, internal standards, and HSE policies.
• Support audits, internal controls, and corrective actions.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel for managers and governance bodies.
• Provide regular updates on action plans and results to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in Business Continuity (PCA) and Disaster Recovery (PRA) governance.
• Strong experience with regulatory compliance and internal policy enforcement.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills across operational and business teams.
• Analytical mindset with ability to synthesize complex data.
• Result‑oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
