Expert-Comptable (DPLE) – Rabat/Témara

About the role

CIPHER Conseil & Gestion is expanding its Expertise, Advisory & Business Support division and seeks an experienced Expert‑Comptable (DPLE) or a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants to join the team in Rabat/Témara. The role involves delivering high‑value accounting, tax and advisory services to corporate clients and contributing to the firm’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and review accounting and tax dossiers for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide advisory support to companies and their leaders on fiscal, financial and organisational matters.
• Handle complex issues and high‑value missions, ensuring optimal solutions for clients.
• Participate in developing and structuring CIPHER’s service offering.
• Guide and technically support the internal team.
• Contribute to the creation of new consulting services and missions.

Required profile

• Qualified Expert‑Comptable DPLE or registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants.
• Significant experience in an accounting firm or consultancy.
• Deep knowledge of Moroccan accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Autonomous, rigorous, with a strong advisory mindset.
• Ability to serve executives, SMEs and professionals.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to help grow a dynamic firm.
