A distinguished Qatari family in Rabat, Morocco, is seeking a talented and experienced female Moroccan chef to join their household staff. The position offers the chance to showcase authentic Moroccan cuisine while incorporating Qatari culinary influences for the family’s refined palate.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and serve authentic Moroccan dishes that meet the family’s preferences and nutritional requirements.
• Develop diverse weekly menus that blend traditional Moroccan flavors with Qatari influences.
• Source high‑quality, fresh ingredients from local markets and manage kitchen inventory, minimizing waste.
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation in the kitchen.
• Collaborate with other household staff to ensure seamless meal service and adapt recipes for any dietary restrictions or allergies.
• Prepare special meals for family events and gatherings as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Moroccan chef, preferably in private households or high‑end restaurants, with at least 10 years of experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Moroccan culinary traditions and familiarity with Qatari cuisine.
• Current food‑safety certification and a culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic and/or French is highly desirable.
• Willingness to work discreetly and maintain confidentiality.
